Project Detail:
The aluminum sheeting assigned to this project was used for a Natural Gas And Butane loading line approximately 3000ft where fabric maintenance works was conducted, the 10” piping was abrasive blasted to an SSPC-SP10 profile and coated using a novalac epoxy coating once inspected and passed a 2 ½” polyurethane insulation was applied sealing all joints using the appropriate sealant, then we applied a polyguard vapor barrier followed by the aluminum sheeting and accessories.
Materials used:
- Stucco embossed aluminum coils with polysurlyn 3003 H14, 0.016X36X100 per roll
- Strapping S.S.304 Ribbon Wound 1/2×0.015×13.6kg/roll
